Pharmacist - Littleton, Colorado

This opportunity is seeking two skilled pharmacists to support a hospital setting in suburban Denver, Colorado. Both positions offer meaningful work in distinct pharmacy areas with flexible scheduling to accommodate diverse candidates.

Position 1 focuses on inpatient pharmacy services with variable days and afternoon shifts. This role plays a critical part in managing medication use and ensuring safe, effective pharmaceutical care within the hospital.

Position 2 centers on outpatient oncology pharmacy, providing specialized support to patients during day shifts. This role requires attention to detail and expertise in oncology protocols while delivering compassionate care.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Colorado pharmacist license
• Proven experience in pharmacy practice, ideally inpatient or oncology outpatient
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
• Ability to adapt to dynamic hospital environments with variable scheduling

Location:

• Suburban Denver, Colorado

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications accurately in respective inpatient or outpatient settings
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to optimize patient therapy plans
• Monitor and document patient responses to medications, adjusting regimens as necessary
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards

Contract Details:

• Immediate start date
• Duration approximately 13 weeks or longer
