Two Pharmacist Positions Available in Suburban Denver, CO – Contract Opportunity

A hospital in the Littleton, CO area is seeking two qualified pharmacists to support inpatient and outpatient oncology services. These contract roles offer the chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment supporting patient care in a suburban hospital setting.

Position Details:

• Pharmacist – Inpatient: Variable day and afternoon shifts
• Pharmacist – Outpatient Oncology: Day shifts focused on oncology pharmacy services

Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks or more IT System: EPIC electronic health record utilized

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately review and dispense medications in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacotherapy
• Counsel patients and healthcare professionals on medication use and safety
• Support oncology-specific pharmaceutical care in outpatient setting
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Colorado Pharmacist license required
• Proven pharmacy experience with inpatient and/or oncology outpatient expertise preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records highly desirable
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
