Pharmacist - Littleton, New Hampshire

This role involves supporting inpatient pharmacy operations in a hospital setting, focusing on providing comprehensive medication management across multiple departments including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00/7:30 a.m. to 4:30/5:00 p.m., with rotating weekends every third weekend, during which hours are 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. An immediate start is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inpatient medication distribution and clinical pharmacology support.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams in ICU, L&D, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency departments.
• Independently oversee pharmacy operations, particularly during weekend shifts.
• Utilize Meditech for health information management and Omnicell systems for automated medication dispensing.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience.
• Proficiency in Meditech electronic health records is preferred.
• Experience with Omnicell technology is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions during weekend coverage.
