Pharmacist in Littleton, NH

This opportunity is for an inpatient pharmacist to support a busy hospital setting with a diverse patient population including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department. The role requires a detail-oriented and knowledgeable pharmacist with strong hospital experience to provide safe and effective medication management.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM
• Rotating weekends every third week
• Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medication dispensing and verification in an inpatient hospital environment
• Support clinical pharmacy services across multiple units including ICU and ED
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Work independently, especially during weekend shifts, ensuring continuous pharmacy coverage

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience
• Comfortable working independently, particularly on weekends
• Experience with Meditech electronic health records (preferred)
• Familiarity with Omnicell automated dispensing systems (a plus)
