A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to join a hospital pharmacy team in Lodi, CA. This contract position offers an immediate start and extends for 13 weeks or more, providing the chance to apply your expertise in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing order verification to ensure accuracy and patient safety
  • Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
  • Consulting with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapy
  • Applying pharmacokinetic principles to tailor patient treatments
  • Utilizing IT systems such as Cerner and Omnicell, with transition plans to EPIC

Qualified candidates will have:

  • A valid California pharmacist license
  • Prior hospital pharmacy experience demonstrating clinical knowledge and collaborative skills
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems, preferably Cerner and Omnicell
