Pharmacist | Logan, Ohio

Join a healthcare facility in Logan, OH, as a Pharmacist on a 13-week contract, supporting a 25-bed licensed hospital. This role offers a Monday-Friday, 40-hour workweek with daytime hours and some on-call duties, plus occasional Saturdays.

Location:

• Logan, OH

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30am–6pm
• On-call after some shifts
• Occasional Saturdays, 8am–4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accurate medication dispensing and order entry using the EPIC system.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care in Emergency Department, Infusion, and Orthopedics units.
• Participate in medication therapy management and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Provide on-call support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 1 year hospital pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with EPIC order entry system highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly while on-call.
• Experience with hospital specialties such as ED, Infusion, or Orthopedics is a plus.
