A hospital pharmacy opportunity is available in Logan, OH, seeking a licensed pharmacist to support a 25-bed facility specializing in emergency department, infusion, and orthopedic pharmacy services. This contract position begins between September 8th and 14th, with a duration of 13 weeks or more.
Responsibilities include managing medication order entry primarily through the EPIC system, participating in on-call coverage, and occasional weekend shifts. The site currently operates without automation, providing hands-on pharmacy practice in a collaborative hospital setting.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm
- On-call coverage following select shifts
- Occasional Saturdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Ohio pharmacist license
- Minimum one year of hospital pharmacy experience
- Experience with EPIC order entry system is highly preferred
