Pharmacist - Long Beach, California

A direct hire opportunity is available for an Oncology Pharmacist to join a well-established outpatient infusion and cancer center within a ~400-bed hospital located east of Downtown Los Angeles. This role offers a Monday through Friday day shift schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life routine in a dynamic oncology setting.

Responsibilities include order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, and consulting closely with physicians and nurses. The pharmacist will collaborate extensively with oncologists to ensure patients receive optimal therapy tailored to their specific cancer treatment needs. The position utilizes Allscripts for IT management.

Desired Qualifications:

• California Pharmacist License
• PGYII residency completion or approximately 3+ years of recent experience in a cancer center pharmacy setting
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) credential preferred
• Strong communication and clinical collaboration skills
