This opportunity is for experienced pharmacists to provide inpatient pharmacy care at a large health system hospital. The role involves working a variable schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week, primarily afternoons. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective, and timely pharmaceutical care to inpatients
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize medication therapy
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory policies
- Participate in competency exams and required onboarding processes
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed pharmacist eligible to practice in California
- PGY1 residency completion strongly preferred, or approximately 2 years of current inpatient pharmacy experience
- Ability to pass a competency exam as part of the hiring process
- Willingness to undergo Livescan background check
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills

- Long Beach, California (worksite at a county hospital within a large health system)
