A Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)/Rehabilitation hospital in downtown Los Angeles, adjacent to Dodger Stadium, is seeking a skilled Pharmacist for a contract opportunity starting the week of 6/1. This role involves working primarily with patients on ventilators, making your expertise critical to patient care in this specialized setting.

Schedule & Location:

• Four 10-hour day shifts per week
• Downtown Los Angeles location, convenient to major points of interest

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct order verification to ensure accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and leadership
• Consult with physicians regarding medication therapies and patient care plans
• Perform pharmacokinetic assessments to optimize drug therapies for complex cases

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active California pharmacist license
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy settings, preferably with LTAC or rehabilitation exposure
• Ability to handle complex pharmacotherapy involving ventilated patients
• Local candidates preferred for quick onboarding and continuity of care
