Pharmacist Opportunity in a Dynamic LTAC/Rehab Hospital

Located in downtown Los Angeles near Dodger Stadium, this role offers the chance to contribute directly to patient care within a specialized LTAC/Rehab hospital environment. The facility cares for many patients on ventilators, providing a challenging and rewarding setting for skilled pharmacists.

Position Details:

• Start Date: Immediate availability, ideally the week of 6/1
• Duration: Month-to-month contract with potential to extend
• Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts per week, Tuesday through Thursday (TTH flexibility)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct order verification to ensure accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, fostering a high-performing team
• Collaborate closely with physicians to optimize pharmacotherapy
• Manage pharmacokinetic evaluations to tailor medication regimens

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid California Pharmacist license required
• Proven inpatient pharmacy experience essential
• Preference for candidates local to the Los Angeles area
