Chemo Pharmacist - California

A Travel Oncology Pharmacist opportunity is available within a large county health system in Southern California. This role will support both inpatient and outpatient chemotherapy/oncology services and is ideal for a pharmacist with strong hands-on chemo experience.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts per week
• Pay: $58-62/hr
• Setting: Inpatient and outpatient oncology

Responsibilities

• Verify and review chemotherapy and oncology medication orders
• Support safe preparation and dispensing of chemotherapy medications
• Provide clinical pharmacy support to oncology patients and care teams
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Current pharmacist experience with chemotherapy/oncology
• Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient oncology settings
• Strong clinical and medication-management skills
• Must successfully complete required onboarding and competency testing
