A healthcare facility in Los Gatos, CA, is seeking a qualified Pharmacist with hospital experience to fulfill a vital role in their inpatient pharmacy department. This contract opportunity features a 13-week duration and a 5-day, 8-hour shift schedule with variable days, afternoon hours, and some weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Verifying medication orders accurately and efficiently to ensure patient safety
• Supervising pharmacy technicians and providing guidance to support daily operations
• Consulting with physicians and nursing staff to optimize pharmacologic care plans
• Utilizing Cerner IT systems for medication management and documentation

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid California pharmacist license
• Minimum of one year of inpatient pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
• Full-time availability aligning with required shifts and scheduling needs

Schedule:
