Pharmacist - Lubbock, Texas

A pediatric-focused hospital is seeking a dedicated pharmacist for a 6-month contract assignment starting ASAP. This role involves working night shifts with a unique schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Later in the assignment, around July or August, the position will transition to a day shift to cover a pharmacist’s FMLA leave through mid-January 2027.

Work primarily involves inpatient pharmacy services utilizing EPIC and Pyxis systems within a children's hospital setting, making pediatric pharmacy experience highly preferred. This position offers an opportunity to contribute specialized pharmaceutical care in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas pharmacist license required
• Experience with EPIC pharmacy software strongly preferred
• Background in inpatient pharmacy practice essential
• Pediatric pharmacy experience highly desirable
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to schedule changes
