Pharmacist - Madera, CA

An experienced retail pharmacist opportunity is available to support a busy location with medium to high volume prescription management. This contract position begins the last week of August and runs approximately 13 weeks, with the potential to extend beyond that period. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include overseeing the accurate dispensing of medications, counseling patients on prescription use, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Rx30 pharmacy software and have a strong capability to manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key qualifications for this role:

• Minimum of six months’ experience in retail pharmacy practice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a medium to high volume of prescriptions.
• Proficiency with Rx30 pharmacy software.
• Spanish-speaking skills are strongly preferred but not mandatory, as pharmacy technicians are Spanish fluent.
