Location:

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday with rotating weekend shifts
• 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in a retail pharmacy setting
• Manage long-term care pharmaceutical needs, ensuring patient safety and compliance
• Provide immunizations and patient counseling
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Pharmacist License
• Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or certified in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Experience in both retail and long-term care pharmacy environments preferred
