Pharmacist - Mankato, Minnesota

A specialty pharmacy seeking a knowledgeable pharmacist to support long-term care services on a contract basis for 13+ weeks. This role requires working 24 to 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some weekend shifts as needed. The position is located in Mankato, MN.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert pharmacy services focused on long-term care patients.
• Manage medication therapy and ensure accurate dispensing.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and procedures.
• Support immunization initiatives and patient education.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent.
• Certified in Immunization and CPR.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy and long-term care is highly valued.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Some weekend hours required.
