Pharmacist in Mansfield, OH

An opportunity is available for an experienced inpatient pharmacist to support hospital operations in North/Central Ohio, specifically at sites near Mansfield. This 26-week contract role offers flexible shifts starting between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., including working every fourth weekend.

Location: Mansfield, OH area (Galion or Ontario hospital)

Schedule:

• Shifts starting between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.
• Work every 4th weekend

Responsibilities:

• Provide typical inpatient pharmacy services with a focus on patient safety and medication management
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee clean room operations
• Collaborate closely with medical and nursing teams to ensure effective communication and quality care
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and medication ordering

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio pharmacist license required
• Proven inpatient pharmacy experience
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to kindness, responsibility, confidence, and teamwork

Hospital Details:

• Galion location: 25-bed facility
• Ontario location: 40-bed facility
