Pharmacist | Mansfield, Ohio

An established healthcare system in North/Central Ohio is seeking an experienced inpatient pharmacist to support patient care at one of two hospital locations. This 26-week contract role offers a vital opportunity to provide pharmaceutical expertise within a collaborative, fast-paced inpatient environment.

Location: Mansfield, OH (serving either a 25-bed hospital in Galion or a 40-bed hospital in Ontario)
Type: Contract, 26 weeks
Schedule:

• Shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM (flexible)
• Work every 4th weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications while ensuring compliance with safety protocols
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee clean room operations
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient medication plans
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for medication management and documentation

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Ohio pharmacist license required
• Demonstrated inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
