This opportunity is for a pharmacist to contribute expertise within a hospital setting, supporting patient care and medication management. Schedule:

• 13+ week contract
• ASAP start

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow and compliance
• Consult with physicians and nurses regarding medication management and patient care
• Perform pharmacokinetic evaluations to optimize drug therapy
• Utilize pharmacy information systems including Cerner and Omnicell, with upcoming transition to EPIC

Qualifications:

• Active California pharmacist license
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clinical teams
• Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell systems is an asset
