Responsibilities include:

• Order verification ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operations
• Consulting with physicians and nurses to optimize patient medication therapy

• Supporting the transition from Cerner and Omnicell systems to EPIC

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Active California pharmacist license
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems like Cerner and Omnicell is preferred
