A healthcare facility is seeking experienced pharmacists for multiple shifts, including day, afternoon, and night positions. Location:

• Marana, AZ, at a 200-bed hospital facility

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians on drug selection and dosing
• Educate nursing staff, patients, and physicians about medications
• Lead medication safety initiatives to ensure compliance and optimal patient outcomes
• Review and manage patient medication profiles
• Monitor, avoid, and report adverse drug reactions promptly
• Prepare IV admixtures and nutritional supplements
• Maintain strict narcotic accountability and documentation

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist with experience in hospital pharmacy settings
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Familiarity with medication safety protocols and IV admixture preparation
