An opportunity is available for a full-time Pharmacist to provide critical support in a pharmacy setting located on-site in Lawrenceville, GA. This contract role is expected to last approximately two months and involves order verification and dispensing to help manage a backlog and ensure timely medication distribution.

Schedule:

• Initial training with current pharmacists totaling a minimum of 15 hours, scheduled between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., spread over several shifts of at least half a day each.
• Following training, a 40-hour workweek with flexible scheduling available within a 24/7 window. Additional hours beyond 40 per week are possible for those interested.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently.
• Dispense medications following established protocols.
• Provide relief staffing to address and reduce the pharmacy backlog.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth workflow and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Pharmacist license (required).
• Maryland Pharmacist license (preferred but not required).
