Pharmacist in Mc Arthur, OH

A healthcare facility with 25 licensed beds and an average daily census of 25-30 patients is seeking a Temporary Staff Pharmacist to join their pharmacy team. This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule with consistent hours and a varied clinical environment that includes emergency department, infusion, and orthopedic specialty areas.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• On-call duties after some shifts
• Occasional Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Ohio Pharmacist licensure required
• Experience with EPIC order entry system strongly preferred
• Previous experience in hospital or acute care pharmacy settings
• Ability to manage clinical pharmacy responsibilities in ED, infusion, and orthopedic specialties

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely medication order entry, verification, and dispensing
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
• Handle on-call pharmacy duties to support patient care needs
• Support pharmacy operations within a small hospital setting without automated systems
