A leading children’s hospital with 300 beds is seeking three Travel Pharmacists to join their pharmacy team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment, specializing in pediatric care. The assignment starts ASAP and extends for at least 13 weeks, with a variable shift schedule to accommodate hospital needs.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure a smooth workflow
• Manage pharmacokinetics-related tasks and patient drug therapy optimization
• Collaborate and consult with physicians and nurses regarding medication therapy
• Utilize the EPIC system for documentation and pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania pharmacist license required
• Hospital pharmacy experience or completion of a residency strongly preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts within variable schedules
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Experience with pediatric patient care is a plus
