• Utilize pharmacokinetics principles to optimize patient-specific dosing and treatment plans
• Navigate hospital IT systems including EPIC and Pyxis to manage orders and inventory

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license
• Approximately 2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of electronic health record systems, preferably EPIC
• Experience with automated dispensing systems such as Pyxis
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
