Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring quality and compliance
• Collaborate directly with physicians to optimize patient medication therapy
• Apply expertise in pharmacokinetics to tailor individual patient treatments
• Utilize IT systems including EPIC and Pyxis for medication management and documentation

Desired Experience:

• Active PA pharmacist license
• Approximately two or more years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with EPIC software
• Exposure to oncology and chemotherapy medication handling and protocols
