Staff Pharmacist

We’re partnering with a specialty pharmacy seeking a driven, growth-oriented pharmacist ready to take ownership of their career. This is a unique environment with low script volume and high clinical impact, ideal for someone early in their career or looking to expand into specialty therapeutics. Long-term, this role offers a path toward leadership and potential partial ownership for the right individual.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical patient management for individuals with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic conditions requiring infused therapies
• Manage therapy-specific treatments, including factor replacement, omalizumab, and a range of IV/subcutaneous medications
• Deliver patient and caregiver education on administration, adherence, side effect management, and safe home handling
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure seamless care delivery
• Support insurance navigation, including prior authorizations and financial assistance programs in partnership with reimbursement teams

🔹 Work Hours

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No nights or weekends

🔹 Experience

• Open to new graduates or pharmacists early in their career
• Ideal for candidates who are motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a specialty setting
• Experience with specialty or infusion therapies is a plus but not required
• Caretend experience is highly preferred (training available)

🔹 Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required

🔹 Other Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses if needed
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills
• Demonstrated work ethic and long-term growth mindset
