A specialty pharmacy in Bemidji, MN is seeking a skilled Pharmacist for a contract assignment lasting 13+ weeks. This role involves providing long-term care pharmacist duties in a dynamic setting, with a schedule primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage medication therapy for long-term care patients
• Ensure accurate dispensing and counseling on medications
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
• Participate in immunization services and health promotion activities

Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or equivalent with MTM certification preferred
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification highly recommended
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy practice beneficial
