This role offers an opportunity to contribute as a pharmacist within a specialty pharmacy setting located in Bemidji, MN. The position focuses on long-term care pharmacy responsibilities and supports patient health through specialized pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispense medications for long-term care patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred

• Bemidji, MN (Specialty Pharmacy setting)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Some weekend hours required

Duration:

• 13 weeks or longer contract engagement
