Responsibilities include:

• Order verification to ensure accuracy and safety
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and compliance
• Consulting with nursing and physician staff to optimize medication therapies
• Managing pharmacokinetics and monitoring patient responses
• Utilizing Cerner IT systems to document and manage medication processes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Idaho pharmacist license or the ability to obtain one promptly
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred, especially within rehab or acute care settings
• Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics and clinical pharmacy practices
• Excellent communication skills for effective interdisciplinary collaboration
• Familiarity with Cerner or similar pharmacy IT systems is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, day shifts
