Per Diem Pharmacist - Mesa, AZ

Provide expert pharmaceutical care as a Pharmacist in a retail setting located in Mesa, AZ. This per diem role offers the opportunity to work 5 days for coverage plus training, supporting a pharmacy team that includes one Pharmacist and three technicians, managing a daily prescription volume of under 100.

Schedule:

• 5 days of coverage plus training
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, carefully verifying patient allergies before dispensing.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints following established organizational guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure positive patient experiences.

Qualifications:

• Active, clear Pharmacist license in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience.

System Experience:

• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx preferred.
