Location:

• Mesa, AZ

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• On-call rotation may be required

Duration:

• Immediate start, 8-12 weeks contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform checking and verification duties with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support infusion-related pharmacy operations; infusion experience preferred but not mandatory
• Assist with additional duties as assigned based on demonstrated aptitude and knowledge of IV therapies
• Utilize the CareTend system for daily workflow and documentation

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Arizona pharmacist license in good standing
• Experience with infusion pharmacy or IV medication knowledge strongly desired
• Strong commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
