Pharmacist in Mesa, AZ

An Arizona Licensed Pharmacist opportunity is available to support a compounding laboratory in a contract-to-hire capacity. This position offers a pathway to permanent employment, including benefits, 401(k), and paid time off upon conversion. Comprehensive training in non-sterile compounding will be provided, so prior compounding experience is not necessary.

Schedule: • Full Time, 40 hours per week
• Shifts aligned with business needs
• Closers: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM (set shift)

Location:
This role is based in the Mesa, AZ area with duties performed at a facility located nearby.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Verify prescriptions and oversee the compounding process ensuring accuracy
• Ensure compliance with USP standards and state Board of Pharmacy regulations

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing with no disciplinary history
• Solid background in pharmacy practice
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and support business needs
• Willingness to pursue additional state licenses as required
