An opportunity is available for a licensed Arizona Pharmacist to contribute expertise in a compounding lab environment. This contract-to-hire position offers a supportive setting with comprehensive training in non-sterile compounding—no prior compounding experience is necessary. Upon successful conversion to permanent status, benefits including 401(k) and paid time off will be available.
Schedule:
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Set closing shift: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
• Shift times may vary based on business needs
Location: • Based in the Mesa, AZ area; worksite located at 1680 E Northrop Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85286
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Verify prescriptions and oversee all compounding activities
• Maintain compliance with USP standards and Board of Pharmacy regulations
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing, with no disciplinary history
• Solid pharmacy background and familiarity with regulatory standards
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling requirements
• Willingness to pursue additional state licenses if needed
