Pharmacist - Mesa, Arizona

An opportunity is available for an Arizona Licensed Pharmacist to support a compounding laboratory in a contract-to-hire capacity. This position focuses on overseeing pharmacy operations within a compounding environment, offering training in non-sterile compounding for candidates without prior experience in this area. Upon conversion to permanent status, benefits including healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off will be available.

Location: • Chandler, AZ

Schedule: • Full Time, 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• Set shift for closers: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Verify prescriptions and oversee the compounding process with high accuracy
• Maintain compliance with USP standards and Board of Pharmacy regulations

Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing, with no disciplinary history
• Strong background in pharmacy practice
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling requirements
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Previous compounding experience not required; training provided
