Per Diem Pharmacist | Miami, Florida

This per diem pharmacist role is based in Doral, FL, supporting an innovative compounding pharmacy specializing in hormone replacement therapies and GLP-1 medications. The pharmacy, a small but dynamic team of about five on-site employees with remote operational and clinical support, has operated non-sterile compounding for over a year and is preparing to launch sterile compounding services soon.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure regulatory compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws
• Provide oversight and support during the sterile compounding launch
• Review and update policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy Operations starting February 9
• Offer pharmacist coverage during operational hours as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License (mandatory)
• Background in compounding pharmacy (sterile or non-sterile) highly preferred
• Experience with pharmacy start-ups is a strong plus, but retail experience is accepted
• Willingness to train on compounding techniques if necessary
