Pharmacist - Middleton, WI

An inpatient pharmacist position is available on a 13-week contract starting March 30th in Middleton, WI. This role offers a combination of day (6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.) and evening (2:30 p.m. – 11 p.m.) shifts, working five 8-hour shifts per week with rotation every third weekend.

Key responsibilities include providing expert inpatient pharmaceutical care with an emphasis on pharmacokinetic and renal dosing, therapeutic medication monitoring, drug shortage management, and pharmacotherapy for complex medical conditions. The position requires proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records and delivering care in an acute care setting.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent inpatient pharmacy experience (no first-time travelers accepted)
• Current Wisconsin pharmacist license; ACT-10 license is accepted
• Expertise in acute care, pharmacotherapy, and medication management
• Ability to comply with safety protocols, including mask fit testing (must be clean-shaven for proper fit)
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekends

• Scrubs will be provided upon start
• Only travelers willing to travel 70+ miles from their home location will be considered
