Pharmacist in Milan, NH

This opportunity is for an inpatient pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. The role supports multiple departments, including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency, requiring strong clinical knowledge and adaptability.

Location:

• Berlin, NH

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
• Rotating every third weekend
• Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage medication dispensing and distribute pharmaceutical supplies accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Independently oversee pharmacy operations during weekend shifts
• Utilize Meditech and Omnicell systems for medication management and documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience required
• Ability and willingness to work independently, especially on weekends
• Familiarity with Meditech system is highly preferred
• Experience or comfort with Omnicell technology is a strong plus
• Strong clinical knowledge with experience supporting critical care and specialized departments
