Pharmacist | Milan, New Hampshire

A travel opportunity is available for an Inpatient Pharmacist to serve in a hospital setting located in Berlin, New Hampshire. This contract role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, with shifts from 7:00/7:30 a.m. to 4:30/5:00 p.m., plus rotating weekends on every third weekend with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. An ASAP start is preferred, making this an excellent chance for a pharmacist ready to step into a meaningful role quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and oversee pharmaceutical care across multiple units including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Utilize Meditech electronic health records and Omnicell dispensing systems to support patient care.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy and hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of prior hospital pharmacy experience.
• Ability and willingness to work independently, especially during weekend shifts.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred; familiarity with Omnicell is a strong plus.
• Holds or is eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in New Hampshire; the state offers a temporary license option that can be explored.
