Key Responsibilities:

• Verify accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions by performing thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance checks, adhering to state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Promote business growth by recommending and implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), as well as other ongoing initiatives aimed at improving patient care.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to monitor inventory levels, track weekly sales, order pharmaceutical stock, and control costs to meet customer demand and maximize departmental profitability.
• Align daily activities with the seven key department metrics to ensure performance effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Valid Pennsylvania Immunization License.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication skills to engage with customers and healthcare teams.
