Per Diem Pharmacist - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

A leading pet medication mail order and compounding pharmacy operating across CA, FL, NY, TX, and WI is seeking a knowledgeable Pharmacist to contribute to high-quality medication verification and fulfillment. This per diem position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic setting focused on veterinary pharmaceutical care, ensuring accuracy and safety in every prescription processed.

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, day shifts

Responsibilities include:

• Performing thorough checking and verifying of prescriptions (PV2) to ensure compliance with all regulations and company standards
• Collaborating with the pharmacy team to maintain efficient workflow and excellent service levels
• Upholding quality control practices appropriate for a high volume fulfillment environment

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in high volume retail pharmacy or closed door fulfillment, demonstrating the ability to manage workload efficiently and accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety, particularly in the veterinary medication space
• Capable of adapting to the fast-paced environment of mail order and compounding pharmacy operations
