Pharmacist in Minneapolis, MN

A Long Term Care Pharmacist position is available providing overnight coverage from 9 PM to 7 AM on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, Tuesday through Monday. This contract opportunity is based in Minneapolis, MN and is ideal for pharmacists with experience in long-term care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise pharmacy staff during overnight shifts
• Perform final verifications (PV2) of medications to ensure accuracy and safety
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards during overnight hours

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacy license in Minnesota (MN)
• Minimum of 1 year recent pharmacy experience, preferably in long-term care
• Experience using Framework pharmacy system is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently overnight

Schedule:

• Overnight shift: 9 PM to 7 AM
• 7 days on followed by 7 days off (Tues through Mon)
