A growing healthcare pharmacy team is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to support medication services within a long-term care environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team dedicated to providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

What You'll Do
Verify and process medication orders for accuracy, completeness, and clinical appropriateness.
Prepare and oversee the preparation of compounded medications, including sterile and non-sterile products.
Ensure medications are dispensed safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Provide medication expertise and support to healthcare professionals and facility staff.
Monitor pharmacy operations to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff involved in medication preparation and distribution.
Assist in resolving medication-related questions and concerns from care teams.

What We're Looking For
Active Minnesota Pharmacist license in good standing.
Experience working in a retail, hospital, specialty, or long-term care pharmacy setting.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, medication management, and compounding practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
