A 13-week assignment is available for a Pharmacist at a 250-bed community hospital located in Mishawaka, IN, with the possibility to extend. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, providing essential pharmacy services to support inpatient care.

Schedule and Hours:

• 4 10-hour shifts per week
• 2nd shift: 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Potential option for 7 days on/7 days off schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Consult closely with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapy
• Provide pharmacokinetic services and monitor patient medication progress
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

• Licensed Pharmacist with current, valid credentials
