Seeking a Licensed Pharmacist for PRN Retail Role in Veterinary Pharmacy

A per diem opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to provide professional dispensing and consultation services within a veterinary retail pharmacy setting. This role offers the flexibility of PRN shifts and is ideal for pharmacists with retail or veterinary pharmacy experience.

Location: Mississippi State, MS
Schedule:

• July 14, 15, and 16
• 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting typical retail pharmacy duties such as dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• Providing expert guidance and counseling to veterinary clients regarding medication use and safety
• Ensuring compliance with all state pharmacy regulations and policies
• Maintaining proper inventory control and record keeping

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current and active Mississippi pharmacist license
• A minimum of 1 year recent experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably retail or veterinary pharmacy
• Strong communication skills for client interaction
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
