This position offers an opportunity for a licensed Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care within a hospital setting. The role involves working the night shift in a schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, offering a balanced work-life rhythm. The pharmacist will utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system to support efficient and accurate medication management and patient care.

• Monmouth, Oregon

Schedule:

• Night shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 7 days on, 7 days off

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a current, unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist license at the time of application
• Prior experience in hospital pharmacy preferred
• Comfortable working independently during night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispense medications according to hospital protocols and physician prescriptions
• Review patient medication orders for accuracy and contraindications
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient therapy
• Document all pharmaceutical care activities in the EPIC EMR system
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
