Pharmacist in Montague, CA

A retail pharmacy in need of a full-time pharmacist to support a busy, high-volume store currently processing 400–500 prescriptions daily. The role requires comfort handling fast-paced pharmacy operations with a recent transition to PioneerRx software.

Location:

• Montague, CA area (specifically Yreka)

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions in a retail setting
• Provide exceptional patient counseling and medication guidance
• Manage workflow efficiently in a high-volume pharmacy environment
• Utilize PioneerRx software for prescription processing
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid California pharmacist license
• Recent experience working as a pharmacist in a retail setting
• Ability to manage high prescription volumes with accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity or willingness to learn PioneerRx pharmacy software
