A night shift pharmacist opportunity is available outside of Charlotte, NC, in Mooresville. This position offers a contract duration of approximately 13 weeks with the possibility to transition to a permanent role. The schedule includes night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, either working three 12-hour shifts weekly or a seven days on, seven days off rotation.
Responsibilities include order verification, pharmacokinetic dosing, providing consultation to physicians and nurses, and overseeing pharmacy technicians. Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis systems is essential for this role.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid North Carolina pharmacist license
- Approximately 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Proficient in using EPIC and Pyxis technology
