A specialty pharmacy is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide skilled pharmaceutical care in a mixed retail and long-term care setting. This opportunity involves dedicated shifts on set dates from late August through early September, offering a focused schedule to fit your availability.

• 8/26, 8/27, 8/28, 9/1
• 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy operations blending retail and long-term care services
• Perform Long Term Care Pharmacist duties, including medication reviews and patient counseling
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Support immunization administration and patient education on medication therapy management

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification required
• Demonstrated experience in both retail and long-term care pharmacy settings
• Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and patient safety protocols
