A permanent opportunity is available for a Pharmacist specializing in retail pharmacy settings. This role is based in Sterling, IL, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications accurately following professional standards and legal requirements.
• Verify prescribed medications ensuring compliance with facility procedures and state and federal regulations.
• Perform medication reconciliation to support a seamless continuum of care for patients post-discharge.
• Provide thorough consultations to patients regarding their medications, including dosage, frequency, and potential drug interactions.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and clinical care at all times.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid Illinois Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Pharmacist in a retail setting.
