An established retail pharmacy location is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join their team in Sterling, IL. This permanent, direct-hire opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced workweek for focused professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications accurately according to professional standards and legal requirements.
• Verify prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Perform medication reconciliation processes as needed to ensure seamless continuity of patient care upon discharge.
• Deliver excellent customer service while providing clinical care.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, frequency, specialized needs, and potential drug interactions.

• Valid Illinois Pharmacist License.
