Inpatient Pharmacist in Morristown, NJ

A healthcare facility in Morristown, NJ is seeking two experienced inpatient/IV technicians for a 13-week contract specializing in hospital inpatient pharmacy services. This opportunity focuses on overnight shifts with a 7-on/7-off rotation, starting January 2nd.

Location:

• Morristown, NJ (just west of Newark)

Schedule:

• Overnight shift
• 7 days on, 7 days off

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense intravenous medications accurately for inpatient use
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacy staff to ensure safe medication administration
• Maintain compliance with hospital and pharmacy protocols, including EPIC EMR system documentation
• Support pharmacy operations during overnight hours

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience with strong IV compounding skills
• Must hold a current New Jersey pharmacy technician license
• PTCB certification required
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar electronic medical records
