Schedule:
- Variable days and afternoons
- 8-hour shifts preferred
- Potential flexibility for 7 on/7 off with 10-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct order verification ensuring accuracy and safety
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain effective workflow
- Collaborate and consult with physicians regarding medication therapies
- Utilize pharmacokinetics knowledge to optimize patient medication plans
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Idaho pharmacist license or ability and willingness to obtain it quickly
- Prior hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred
