Seeking a licensed pharmacist to support a community hospital of approximately 150 beds located in Lewiston, ID. This contract position offers a valuable opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital setting, providing essential pharmacy services and ensuring optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders for accuracy and safety.
• Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians in daily operations.
• Consult with physicians and healthcare teams on medication management.
• Perform pharmacokinetic evaluations and dosing adjustments.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory pharmacy standards.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Idaho pharmacist license or ability and willingness to obtain quickly.
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to adapt to variable schedules and team environments.

Schedule:

• Variable days and afternoon shifts, 8-hour duration preferred.
• Potential flexibility for 7 days on/7 days off schedule with 10-hour shifts.
