A hospital in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Pharmacist for a contract assignment. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert pharmaceutical care within a 250-bed facility. Schedule:

• Variable days and afternoon shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in accordance with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management and documentation
• Monitor drug therapies and patient responses
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or eligible for Act 10 temporary license
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficiency using Cerner and Omnicell systems or similar hospital IT platforms
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Ability to adapt to variable shift schedules

Assignment Details:
