Pharmacist - Mount Vernon, NY

A 13-week contract opportunity is available for a Pharmacist at a 100-bed community hospital located in Mount Vernon, NY, a northern suburb of New York City. The position requires an ASAP start and offers a schedule with variable days and afternoon shifts to provide flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Order verification to ensure accuracy and safety of medication dispensing
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient operations
• Consulting with physicians to optimize patient medication therapies
• Managing pharmacokinetics and related clinical duties

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active New York State Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience
