Pharmacist - Nampa, ID

Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders with precision and attention to detail
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Consult with nursing staff and physicians regarding medication management and patient care
• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Utilize Cerner electronic health records for documentation and order processing

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Idaho pharmacist license or ability to obtain licensure promptly
• Experience working in a hospital setting, ideally rehabilitation or acute care
• Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics and clinical pharmacy practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with Cerner or similar electronic health record systems
