Per Diem Pharmacist - Naperville, Illinois

A pharmacist position is available offering full-time hours through October 2026 in a long-term care (LTC) mail order environment. This role focuses on the final review of medications before shipment, ensuring accuracy and patient safety within a structured pharmacy setting.

Location:

• Naperville, IL

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform the final accuracy check on medications prior to shipment
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Utilize pharmacy software frameworks to process medication orders efficiently
• Support a long-term care mail order pharmacy operation to meet patient needs

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Illinois pharmacy license
• Experience working in long-term care (LTC) or retail pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with Frameworks pharmacy system is a plus but not required
